Instuctions for HAITI DISASTER RELIEF ORGANIZATIONS

E-mail us at Haiti@MedicalStaffingSystems.com to set up your needed positions at no cost. Include your contact information and an estimated number of the different specialties (Physician, Nurse, Radiology Technician,etc.) you need to list. Please Note: We do not need to know the number of individual health care providers you need, only the different specialties.

We will set up your account and e-mail you a login name, password, and login instructions. You can then login and quickly and easily set up the details for your needed specialties. When setting up your needed specialties, be sure to use the codes below in the designated fields. That way, individual volunteers will be able search and find your organization's needs.

You will be able to search for individual health care providers who are able to volunteer for disaster relief organizations. Using the dropdown tables, simply search on the needed Occupation and Specialty and the "Disaster Relief" codes in the following fields:

You can directly contact individuals from the search results, and follow your own process for coordinating the volunteers with your needs.

Instuctions for HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS WHO CAN VOLUNTEER IN HAITI

If you are a health care professional and are willing and able to volunteer in Haiti, we are providing the Disaster Relief organizations with access to your profile through our system. You can also search for their needs and contact them directly.

If you already have an account, simply login, then create a Career Opportunity Profile with the required information for disaster relief volunteer, as set forth below.

If you do not have an account, click on the "Individuals" link on the home page left navigation bar, then select "Join Now". A new page titled: "Individuals - The Cure for Lost Opportunities" will appear. Click on the "Signup Now!" button at the bottom of this page to register.

You will be asked to provide an e-mail address and create a password. After doing so, click on the "Continue" button, to continue to your newly established "My Account" page. From the "My Account" page, click on either of the links under the Profile heading in the first section to add your professional profile.

To make your Professional Profile available to Haiti earthquake Disaster Relief Organizations:

1. Select the "Disaster Relief" Codes in the following fields, so Disaster Relief Organizations can search and find your profile and contact you.

1. Include your current City and State of residence in the fields in Section II, to help the Disaster Relief Organizations coordinate their transportation ability with your location.

3. In Section V - Other Information: Include any additional details that will help Disaster Relief Organizations coordinate your availability with their needs. This might include items such as whether you can pay your own transportation, any limitations on dates that you are available, special disaster training you possess, or other pertinent information.

In addition, you will be able to search for disaster relief organizations that need your skills. Using the dropdown tables in the "Search" feature, simply search on your Occupation and Specialty and the "Disaster Relief" codes set forth above. You can directly contact Disaster Relief Organizations from the search results, and they can contact you with details of their process for coordinating your services with their needs.
