THE DIRECTION OF HEALTH CARE

If there is anything more critical than the cost of health care, it is the future scarcity of health care providers.

The U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration estimates that as of March 1, 2009, there are over 6,000 Primary Care Health Professional Shortage Areas with 65 million people living in them. (Source: http://bhpr.hrsa.gov/shortage). As these statistics show, the United States is struggling with a critical shortage of qualified personnel throughout the health care industry. This shortage will intensify as the population ages and increases.

Medical Staffing Systems, headquartered in Salem Oregon, has developed a multi-pronged web based system designed to help solve this problem. This proprietary critical factor matching system is the only web-based program specializing in all areas of licensed and certified health care providers on a nation-wide basis. Neither resumes nor detailed position descriptions are required.

The System is dynamic and cost effective, and offers a number of innovative features, including the career resource and a Virtual Career Fair. These features are now available at http://www.MedicalStaffingSystems.com

One of the unique features of the System is the level of confidentiality provided. Another is the ease with which employers can cost effectively recruit on a national or local basis. Employers have an introductory opportunity to list health care position openings and search for qualified candidates for 90 days at no cost by registering before June 1, 2009. There is never a cost to indiviuals to use the System, and the cost to employers is modest.

The 2009 Virtual Career fair is also being offered at no cost, and is currently in progress. More than 100 Medical, Nursing and Pharmacy schools are participating, and over 4,000 health care employers across the country have been invited to participate. Graduating Students are enrolling in the System, as a way to easily expand their career search. Additional information on how to participate in the Career Fair is also available at the Medical Staffing Systems website.

The Company is currently developing other features of the website to create awareness and interest by high school students, by making sure they have completed the core curriculum necessary to enter health care training programs at the college and university level. This feature will also be available at no cost.

Medical Staffing Systems is not a third party representative to any party using the System. The website facilitates direct contact between individuals and employers.
