PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Welcome to Medical Staffing Systems

Solving the problem of health care for all Americans is now clearly one of the most urgent and complex problems the Country faces, whether or not a Federal health care program is signed by the President.

MedicalStaffingSystems.com, is a Patent Pending "critical factor" matching system for health care providers and employers.  Over 100 colleges and universities are making this resource available to health care graduates by participating in our on-going Virtual Career Fair.  We anticipate this number will increase to over 200 this year.  In addition, several hospital administrators and human resource managers have favorably reviewed the System, which is provided at no cost to individuals and a nominal cost to employers.

This new resource for the health care industry will change the way critical staffing needs are met. It provides new tools to assist in training and placement of licensed and certified health care personnel in the United States. It accurately identifies even the most complex health care profiles, using our innovative "critical factor" matching system. The System is dynamic, easy to use, and confidential.

We believe that all who rely on our health care system must contribute to the best of their ability to help solve its problems. For this reason, MedicalStaffingSystems.com will donate all net profits after taxes to scholarship programs for health care provider education. Both individuals new to health care education, and those seeking additional health care provider degrees are eligible for the program. Click on the "Scholarship Program" link to learn more.

Every health care facility has a vested interest in developing its own current and future staffing capabilities, in order that it can continually meet the critical staffing needs of the organization and its employees.  MedicalStaffingSystems.com allows employers to easily remove millions of dollars currently being absorbed by recruiting expenses and re-focus those dollars to providing benefits and opportunities to its employees in the form of compensation, education and other benefits, facility improvements, etc.

You are supporting our efforts to reduce recruiting costs for licensed and certified health care personnel, and to contribute to health care education when you use the System.  The System has been specifically designed for the health care industry.  It provides a far more efficient and cost effective way to ensure the most accurate and timely recruiting of individual health care providers than trying to sort through thousands of general recruiting and job search sites, or sites that narrowly serve only a a few health care specialties.  By registering and subscribing, individual providers and employers are helping ensure that the health care industry has its own recruiting system available.

We are not a third party representative to any party in the recruitment or employment activities of any user.  In summary, our objectives are to:

  • Improve health care staffing resources by developing and implementing the most innovative, efficient, and cost effective recruiting system available.
  • Achieve a reduction of up to 75% in health care recruiting costs.

  • Effectively communicate the existence of the System to health care providers and employers through national and state associations, the media, and educational institutions.

  • Provide scholarship funds for health care provider education by donating net profits after taxes to scholarship programs for health care provider education.

  • Work with high school counselors and educators to use the System to assist high school students prepare for careers in health care.

  • Provide employers and educational facilities with a future needs analysis to better coordinate training capacity with changing needs for licensed and certified health care providers.

Sincerely,

Doris Perry
