Demo -
To explore the Individuals and/or Employers career resource features, click on the "Demo" tab. From the "Demo - Individual" option, you can explore the "3 Minute Overview" for individuals, see sample professional profiles and search for matching positions. From the "Demo - Employer" option, you can explore the "3 Minute Overview" for employers, see sample position openings and search for matching professional profiles. Some features of the System are disabled in the "Demo" mode. You can click on the "Help" tabs located throughout the Demo for information and help for that section.
Virtual Career Fair -
New Graduates and soon-to-be graduates in the health care fields can register their professional profile and search for matching opportunities by selecting the "Individuals - Join Now" option from the navigation bar. Employers can list new graduate opportunities and search for matching profiles by selecting the "Employers - Join Now" option from the navigation bar and subscribing.
Individuals - Licensed health care professionals, certified health care support personnel, and new graduates or soon-to-be graduates in the health care fields:
To Join:
Highlight Individuals on the vertical Navigation Bar, (Navigation Bar) then click on “Join Now” to register. You will need an e-mail address, which becomes your confidential identity. After clicking “Join Now” you will be provided with information on how to obtain a confidential e-mail address, if you do not have one.
By registering, you create your own account, which appears as the “My Account” page. From “My Account” you can select these options: (1) Edit (add or change) your Profile, (2) change your password, (3) cancel your account. Select “Click to edit your profile” to get started.
Once you “Click to edit your profile” you will be able to (1) enter your Career Objective(s), and personal education and experience profile; (2) search for Career Opportunities listed by employers; or, (3) use the Compensation Analysis System.
There is no cost to individuals for registering in the System. You can designate your Career Objective and profile as "Inactive", if you do not wish potential employers to be able to view it. However, by entering your Career Objective and profile, you will be able to forward it in response to an employer's listing.
To return to your account after joining:
Highlight Individuals on the Navigation Bar, then click on “Login”. Type the e-mail address and password you used when you registered in the spaces provided.
You may leave your account pages without logging out completely, to explore other areas of the System or to go to another website. To return to your account, highlight Individuals on the Navigation Bar, then click on the “My Account” link.
Employers - Hospitals, clinics, physician groups, pharmacies, dental clinics, and other employers of licensed health care professionals and certified health care support personnel:
To Subscribe:
Highlight Employers on the vertical Navigation Bar (Navigation Bar), then click on “Join Now”. Then click on the “Signup Now!” button at the bottom of the Employers information page. From the Employer Signup page, provide the company identification information requested, select your subscription level and payment method and click on “Continue”.
After confirming your account information, you can begin using the system. You can enter your Position profiles, search for individuals with matching Career Objectives (if you included search windows in your subscription), and use the Compensation Analysis section.

Students/Career Counselors: This section is currently under development.
We will announce on the Message from the President page when this section is available. Please check back at a later date. When it is launched, students and career counselors from high school through university level will be able to explore
health care career information, including:

the number of Career Opportunities offered in the various licensed health care professions and certified health care support categories

the number of individuals seeking those positions

how to best plan your education to take advantage of your goals and interests based upon career opportunities and others competing for those opportunities
Health Care Industry Resources:
Visit this section for resources related to health care, including links to your federal and state legislators,
information on health care training, including educational facilities, State boards, etc. You will also find information from companies supporting our goal of providing one comprehensive source of career information to licensed health care professionals, certified support personnel, and their employers.
Health Care Skills Projected Needs:
This section is currently under development.
High schools, colleges, universities and employers of health care personnel will be able to assist in identifying current training resources and capacities and future needs by health care occupation. These organizations will also be able to help coordinate the development of new training capabilities with future needs. We will announce on the Message from the President page when this section is available. Please check back at a later date.
