Does it cost individual health care providers anything to
use the System? No - individual health care providers can register
their professional profile and use all other features of the System at no cost.
What if a needed health care position classification (or
other information contained in the dropdown tables) is not listed in the
System? Complete the Position Listing or Individual Profile using
the appropriate blank spaces to type in the name of the position classification.
We will update our dropdown tables and add the position, or other information,
once there have been a sufficient number of Position Listings and/or Individual
Profiles using that term.
What are the costs to health care employers to use the
System? Costs vary depending upon the needs of individual
employers. All employers can currently list openings for Nurses and
search for Nurse applicants at no cost. (Limited time offer).

Why should I list the compensation offered or
desired when listing a Position Listing or Individual Profile? Isn't this
confidential and sensitive information?
Compensation information cannot be seen by any other party. For example,
when an employer searches to find Individual Profiles that match the employer's
Listed Position, compensation desired is not included in the search results.
If the employer has included compensation offered in the search, only those
Individual Profiles showing desired compensation equal to or less than the
compensation offered will be returned in the search. By including
compensation information in Listed Positions and Individual Profiles, you will
help keep our database current and the results shown in the Compensation
Analysis will be more accurate.
What is the Compensation Analysis? The
Compensation Analysis is a real-time snapshot of compensation offered and
desired based upon the Position Listings and Individual Profiles in the System.
Information for both Opportunities (Position Listings) and Individual Profiles
listed in the System is returned in the search results. Compensation information
can be calculated based on occupation and specialty, experience level,
organization level, employment facility, and geographic region.
Individuals and employers can use this information to help evaluate the
compensation desired or offered for any position. Because the compensation
information becomes more accurate when Position Listings and Individual Profiles
include compensation offered or desired, we encourage all members to include
compensation information. The compensation information entered cannot
be viewed by any other party.
