Lawful use: Users, Members and Subscribers, may only use the Medical Staffing Systems products, networks, computers, software and/or other services for lawful purposes, and agree to provide only true and accurate information. By using the System, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless in any claims resulting from your use of the System’s services. Payment Terms: Subscribers (employers, recruiters, outplacement services, or other entities granted subscription privileges) must pay for continued access after the Subscriber has completed any free introductory period offered by the Company. Subscription fees are based upon the level of service selected by the Subscriber and may be paid monthly by credit card through our merchant account, or a quarterly by check. If paid by credit card Subscriber will be granted access upon notification from our merchant account that the transaction has been successfully processed.
If a Subscriber does not wish to pay by credit care, the Subscriber may pay by check on a quarterly basis. If paid by check, Subscriber’s access will be terminated if good funds are not received as stated in the invoice terms.
To help protect your account information, we do not retain credit card numbers in our system, and we do not accept on-line debit transactions from checking accounts.
There is no cost to individuals (Members) to enter their profile in the System.
Cancellation of Service: Subscribers may terminate their subscription at any time. Subscriber will not be entitled to a refund for previously purchased services. Cancellations will be effective as of the last day of the current monthly period for which the Subscriber has paid. For example, if a paid subscription runs from the 15th of June to the 15th of July, any cancellation request received on or after June 15th will be effective on July 15. Subscriber will continue to have full access to the System until the cancellation is effective. Reduction in Service: Contact us at Accounting@MedicalStaffingSystems.com to reduce the level of service purchased.
Copyrights, Trademarks and Servicemarks: Subscribers represent to Professional Resource Solutions, Ltd., and unconditionally guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, logos, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork used by the Subscriber are owned by the Subscriber, or that Subscriber has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Company and its officers, directors, employees, subcontractors or agents from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by Subscribers.
Disclaimer of Endorsement: Reference in the System or access via the System to specific commercial products, processes, websites, or services provided by others does not necessarily constitute or imply its endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by Company. If you are a Subscriber, we collect information such as company name, contact name, address, phone, e-mail, and other information necessary to manage your account and/or contact you. We use a merchant account for credit card payments, and we do not retain your credit card number in our files. We do retain the last four digits of the card number for administrative purposes.
We strive to protect personally identifiable information by collecting only information necessary to deliver our services. Members control the degree of confidentiality, and are encouraged not to enter any personal information that is so unique that it may enable employers or others to identify that Member, even though the Member's name is not provided.
